Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of True Site Sync (the “Service”), operated by True Site Sync (“we”, “us”, “our”), available at truesitesync.com and via our web, desktop and Android applications. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

True Site Sync is a construction-management platform for measurement, billing, BOQ, cash flow, inventory, labour, and related workflows. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter these Terms on behalf of your business. You are responsible for the members you invite to your organization and their use of the Service.

3. Plans, trials & payment

The Service may be offered with a free trial and one or more paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Razorpay, at the price and billing cycle shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices with reasonable prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious.

5. Your data & ownership

You own the business data and content you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that data solely to provide and support the Service to you and your organization. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Backups & your responsibility

We take reasonable measures to store and back up your data, and the Service includes an export/backup feature. However, you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data. We recommend exporting a backup periodically from Settings → Backup.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Some features require an internet connection.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Site Sync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before closing your account.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
